Factory Authorized Testing
At Thermaflo, we conduct a full "Live Fire Test" on every system after manufacturing to verify performance and precisely calibrate the electronic controller for proper function and setup. Using our onsite Steam Energy Plant in South Carolina—alongside a high-flow water pumping and metering system—we simulate real-world conditions to ensure everything performs flawlessly.
This additional level of testing gives installers and end users confidence that their Thermaflo system will operate reliably in the field, saving hours of setup and calibration time. No other manufacturer goes to these lengths to deliver this level of quality and performance assurance!
Startup and Commissioning
At Thermaflo, successful startups and commissioning begin at the source, with rigorous “Live Fire” factory testing during manufacturing. This proactive approach ensures performance and streamlines field setup. Our factory-trained Field Commissioning Group supports representatives and installers nationwide—and internationally—by providing expert startup assistance and hands-on training for installers and end users.

Training
Get hands-on steam system training at Thermaflo’s 5,000 sq. ft. Training and Demonstration Center in Newberry, South Carolina. Our fully operational 5,000 lbs/hr, 125 psig live steam facility allows you to learn on real equipment, including pressure reducing stations, clean steam generation, steam traps, condensate return systems, heat exchangers, water heaters, and advanced electronic controls.

Led by instructors with decades of field experience, our training bridges classroom learning with practical application. Every Thermaflo representative also completes multi-level technical coursework—so you receive expert guidance, reliable support, and trusted solutions at every stage of your project.
