ThermaFlo’s Plate Pak Heater system is fully piped and tested before shipment. Accurate temperature control is achieved by using the V-Ball Control Valve with 100:1 Flow Turn and the EC-800 Electronic Control System. Over-temperature safety is built into each unit, including a double safety on domestic water applications. Communication to central automation is via a standard Modbus port, and a remote temperature set point and alarm alert is also available. Touch Screen user interface and Ethernet port option available. ASME Code-rated 150 psi heat exchanger, single wall or double wall bolted and brazed construction in Design Pressures from 150 to 400 PSIG
