Control Valves and Regulators

ThermaFlo’s Steam and Process Control Valve product suite includes a range of high-performance valves and regulators engineered for precise modulation and reliable operation in steam, high-temperature hot water, and process systems. The JV V Series Electronic “V Ball” and JVV-V Electronic Segmented V Control Valve are compact, high-speed control valves featuring an equal-percentage segmented V-port design that delivers accurate flow control over a wide turndown range (up to ~300:1) while reducing size and weight compared with conventional globe valves. These valves are constructed with precision machined 316 stainless components, accept programmable 0–10 V or 4–20 mA control signals, fail closed on power loss, and provide strong shutoff performance suitable for demanding steam applications.

Complementing the modulating valves, ThermaFlo’s Model 3010 P and T Series regulators are pilot-operated pressure control valves that maintain constant downstream steam pressure even as inlet pressures and loads fluctuate, making them valuable for steam mains and process pressure control in industrial systems. Together, these control valves and regulators form a comprehensive portfolio for steam and process fluid control, supporting precision temperature, pressure, and flow regulation in complex thermal systems.
