ThermaFlo’s steam specialty products encompass engineered components that support and optimize steam-to-liquid heat transfer systems, particularly in industrial and commercial applications. At the core of this offering are U-tube bundles and replacement tube bundles, which are custom-fabricated tubular assemblies designed to fit into shell and tube heat exchangers or other thermal equipment. These bundles facilitate efficient thermal exchange between steam and process fluids, and the availability of replacement bundles enables refurbishment or performance upgrades of existing equipment without full exchanger replacement.

Complementing the bundle products, ThermaFlo manufactures ASME-code shell and tube heat exchangers in standard and custom U-tube configurations. These exchangers are available in a range of shell diameters and materials — including carbon steel, stainless steel, cupro-nickel, bronze, and copper — and can be specified with single or double-wall inner bundle construction to meet diverse pressure, temperature, and service requirements. Designed for robust, serviceable performance, the shell and tube units provide high-efficiency steam heating or cooling for water and process fluids in HVAC, manufacturing, and industrial systems.
