6800 Series Stainless Steel Ball Valve

The ThermaFlo 6800 Series Stainless Steel Ball Valve is a rugged, high-performance two-piece full port valve designed for reliable flow control in demanding steam, water, oil, and gas applications. Manufactured using precision investment casting, the valve features threaded NPT ends conforming to ASME B1.20.1 and is built in accordance with ASME B16.34 pressure and temperature standards. With a 1000 WOG pressure rating at 400°F and a 150 PSIG steam rating at 400°F, the 6800 Series delivers dependable performance across a wide range of industrial process conditions.

Engineered for durability and long service life, the valve includes a blowout-proof stem, PTFE seals and packing, and a 15% glass-fiber-reinforced PTFE seat for improved strength, sealing capability, and wear resistance. Its full port design allows unrestricted flow, minimizing pressure drop through the valve. The latch-lock handle provides secure manual operation, while the integral mounting pad, drilled and tapped on ¼", ⅜", and ½" sizes, allows for easy actuator mounting if automation is required. Manufactured under ISO 9002 quality standards, every valve is tested and inspected to API-598, ensuring consistent quality and reliable performance in the field.
