GL800SW/TE Globe Valve

The ThermaFlo GL800SW/TE Forged Steel Globe Valve is designed to provide reliable flow control and long-term durability in high-pressure steam, condensate, and industrial process systems. Manufactured with a rugged forged steel body, the GL800 delivers superior strength and resistance to demanding operating conditions, making it ideal for critical service applications where dependable performance is essential. 

Available with both Socket Weld (SW) and Threaded End (TE) connections, the valve offers flexible installation options for a wide range of piping configurations.

Engineered in accordance with API 602 design standards, the GL800 globe valve is rated for a Maximum Operating Pressure of 800 PSIG at temperatures up to 600°F, ensuring reliable operation in high-temperature environments commonly found in steam and process systems. Each valve is tested to API 598 standards to verify performance, seat integrity, and pressure capability before leaving the factory. Socket weld connections are manufactured to ASME B16.11 dimensional standards, while threaded connections conform to ASME B1.20.1 (NPT) specifications for secure and leak-free installation.
