At the core of the pump is ThermaFlo’s exclusive Single Compression Spring mechanism, a design that significantly extends operational life by reducing wear and increasing the number of cycles the pump can perform compared to conventional condensate pumps. The internal operating components and check valves are constructed entirely of stainless steel, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and ensuring long-term durability. A sight glass with integrated internal check valves is provided as a standard feature, allowing operators to easily monitor condensate levels and system operation.

Each POP-HC pump is 100% steam tested prior to shipment, ensuring dependable operation and eliminating common startup issues once installed in the field.
