Its ultra-low profile design allows the pump to fit easily into tight mechanical rooms or low-clearance applications while still delivering dependable, high-volume performance. Constructed from heavy carbon steel for durability, the POP-LP is built to withstand demanding industrial environments and long service cycles.

At the heart of the design is ThermaFlo’s unique Single Compression Spring mechanism, which significantly extends pump life by reducing mechanical wear compared to conventional designs. All internal mechanisms and check valves are manufactured from stainless steel, providing superior corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. A sight glass with integrated internal check valves comes standard, allowing operators to easily monitor pump operation and condensate flow.

Each POP-LP pump is 100% steam tested prior to shipment, ensuring reliable startup and eliminating common commissioning issues. The unit operates using steam, air, or other gases as the motive force, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of condensate return applications. Because it is completely non-electric, the POP-LP can be safely installed in hazardous or washdown environments, including NEMA 4, 7, 9, and 4X rated locations, where electrical equipment may not be suitable.
