Super High Capacity Float & Thermostatic Steam Traps

The ThermaFlo FTH 46/48HC Float & Thermostatic Traps are applicable to all types of high pressure and capacity steam process equipment that produce exceptionally large amounts of condensate. These traps operate efficiently for low, medium and high pressure applications. Their purpose is to discharge air and condensate while preventing steam from entering the return piping.

These traps are manufactured in 2” size for handling capacities of 18,700 lbs/hr. Four (4) possible connections allow greater flexibility in piping. Applications include shell and tube heat exchangers, plate type exchangers,steam coils, hot water storage heaters, jacketed kettles, autoclaves.
